We have an outstanding ability to identify, reference and "close" the right person for the role, which isn't always the same as the best individual on paper. As our partners all have very specific market knowledge, we are able to give extensive advice on potential candidate onboarding issues. We pride ourselves in making sure we stay close to all our candidates and clients well after the successful candidate's start date.


We provide advice to boards and business leaders on the quality of their existing staff, to help determine whether or not to pursue an external hire - or simply to provide objective information to assist with appraisal / talent management.

Competitor Analysis

We provide information on the structure and size of competitors, to assist leaders in assessing whether their own teams are right-sized versus the market.
